Job Description
* Management of HR department and provide leadership
* Uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways.
Major Responsibility
* Recruitment. Be able to search qualified candidates. Present company vision and mission. Identify personality profile. Check the reference from former employer(s). Negotiate incentive package. Orientation after aboard.
* Develop human resources in the company. Constructively conduct quarterly performance appraisal. Measure their maturity and help them growth.
* Keep the turn over rate down. Create a fun place to work! Keep the morale high.
* Be sensible for events that may impact morale and teamwork spirit. Provide early warning to stakeholders.
Requirement
The ideal candidate, preferably a MASTER degree in HR, should possess more than five years in design, software, and Internet business related knowledge workers intensive environment.

Experience of and willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment is essential. Since the successful candidate will closely liaise internally and externally, excellent communication skills are important; with fluency in English is plus

Knowledge of organization design experience would be a definite advantage. The successful candidate should be entrepreneurial, highly objective driven style, hands-on, flexible in people handling, and not “crack under pressure”.

Preferred personality falls in ‘S’ or ‘I’ of DISC profiling.
