Job Description
* Architecture refactoring to develop new features while maintain 99.99% system availability of a mission critical, collaborative operating platform for thousands of users from shippers and logistic services providers around the clocks.
* Programmers walking toward higher level of CMMI and adopt effective methodologies in mission critical software development
Major Responsibility
* Meet the roadmap target of new feature or committed schedule for customer request. Deliver unit tested code to IV&V.
* Keep work log (schedule, resources, status) of software development for R&D expense claiming.
* Response to external and internal request with sense of urgency. Weekly report progress within to-be-done pipeline.
* Establish preferred and not preferred coding style and naming convention. Review team member’s code by individual or small group sharing to enable junior team member. Point out the growth direction for team member and help if applicable.
Requirement
* The ideal candidate, preferably a MASTER degree in Computer related Science or Engineering, should possess more than ten years in large scale enterprise software project of collaborative operation and/or internet related biz model.

* Experience of and willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment is essential. Since the successful candidate will closely liaise internally and externally, excellent communication skills are important; with fluency in English is plus

* Knowledge of outsource service agreement and/or software project managing experience would be a definite advantage. The successful candidate should be entrepreneurial, highly objective driven, hands-on, flexible in people handling, and not “crack under pressure”.

* Preferred personality falls in ‘C’ or ‘D’ of DISC profiling.
