.Drives all Sales Operations activities |
.Take the lead in driving all business processes, strategies and activities relating to Sales Operations
.Prepare by region and customer the Sales Annual Operating Plan
.Prepare and maintain a quarter by quarter rolling forecast by region and customer, including monthly sales calls
.Build, run and provide analysis on weekly sales reports, including pipeline and revenue forecasting
.Identify and drive gap closure actions – plan vs forecast/actual
.Implement VMI, buy/sell and other SCM models
.Define and implement plans for structural or policy changes, which will increase sales team effectiveness by at least 30%
.Provide and present ongoing Sales analytics to the VP of Sales, RVP’s of Sales, and others as needed, including but not limited to customer segmentation, repeat/renewal rate, revenue trends by product, salesperson, sales channel, etc., pricing trends, headcount tracking, revenue per head, recommended service levels, etc
.Work closely with VP of Sales, Finance, Legal, HR and outside consultant(s) as needed on compensation strategies, special incentives, quota and MBO setting, tracking and documentation, and full execution of the commission program for the overall Sales Organization
.Work to improve sales compensation plans to maximize performance and implement identified annual changes
.Define and measure performance of worldwide sales and marketing organization from an individual level to regional level
.Manage customer data and account plans
.Drive incoterms and payment terms
.Ensure that commission letters are accurate and timely |
.10+ years experience in Sales Operations or related roles (Sales, Marketing, business development, etc) of which 3 – 5 years included managing a Sales Operations team
.Experience in working in a global organization in the semiconductor industry
.Demonstrated ability to define and implement processes, procedures, and policy
.Ability to lead and influence cross-functionally, with leadership, peers, and subordinates
.Knowledge of VMI, buy/sell and other SCM models
.Excellent strategic, analytic, communications, and presentation skills
.Structured working style

.BS in Business, Marketing or Engineering required
.MBA a plus |
